Finally, It is Spring!!!

Today, It is close to 80 degrees outside, so it is finally feeling a little like it is supposed to here in Philly. So now I am thinking of colors and light, comfortable clothing to run around in.  This beautiful, airy dress from Annabelle is the perfect way to shrug off the winter doldrums that have been hang around way too long. The classic bustier of the top is a great contrast with the elegant draping of the skirt and it also is a great twist on what could be a boring tank dress. This would great with a pair of contrasting color heels and clutch. What a great way to welcome spring.
